Day 1: North America – London, UK
Depart from major North American gateways (via Air Canada, EVA Air, or Delta) for London.
Day 2: Arrival in London
Upon arrival, enjoy a professional airport transfer provided by Xing Travel. Check into your hotel and rest to adjust to the time difference.
Day 3: Exploring London (B)
Begin a full day of sightseeing at the iconic Tower Bridge. Experience a 30-minute Thames River Cruise for a unique perspective of the city’s landmarks, including the London Eye and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Visit the exterior of Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, and Big Ben. Pass by 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace, followed by an afternoon visit to the British Museum.
Day 4: Windsor Castle & Cambridge University (B)
Morning visit to Windsor Castle, a preferred residence of the Royal Family. Pass by Eton College, the prestigious school that has produced 19 British Prime Ministers. Afternoon excursion to the University of Cambridge, founded in 1209, famously immortalized in Xu Zhimo’s poetry. Return to London for the evening.
Day 5: London – Paris via Eurostar (B)
Continue morning sightseeing in London before boarding the Eurostar high-speed train to the romantic capital, Paris. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
Day 6: The Art & Icons of Paris (B)
A full day dedicated to Paris’s masterpieces: the Louvre Museum, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, and Place de la Concorde. Conclude the day with a scenic cruise along the Seine River.
Day 7: Versailles & Parisian Heritage (B)
Morning visit to the magnificent Palace of Versailles. In the afternoon, return to the city center to see Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Paris Opera, and enjoy leisure time at the premier shopping destinations, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
Day 8: Paris – Lucerne – Zurich (B)
Depart for the picturesque Swiss resort of Lucerne, a city that has inspired countless artists. Visit the Chapel Bridge, Lake Lucerne, and the Lion Monument. Continue to Zurich, Switzerland’s financial hub, for the evening.
Day 9: Zurich – Liechtenstein – Zurich (B)
Cross into Liechtenstein, one of the world’s smallest independent nations. Journey through the Toggenburg region to enjoy Alpine valleys and visit the capital, Vaduz. Visit Maienfeld, the setting of Heidi, and see Switzerland’s oldest castle before returning to Zurich via Lake Walen.
Day 10: Zurich – Milan – Venice (B)
Travel to Milan, the global capital of fashion and design. Experience the city’s blend of modern style and ancient soul at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Milan Cathedral (Duomo). Continue to the Venice area for the night.
Day 11: The Charm of Venice – Florence (B)
Explore the "Queen of the Adriatic." Experience the magic of Venice’s canals via Gondola, visiting St. Mark’s Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Proceed to the Florence region in the afternoon.
Day 12: Florence – Pisa – Rome (B)
Discover the Renaissance treasures of Florence, the capital of Tuscany. Visit the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles). Arrive in Rome in the evening.
Day 13: Rome: The Eternal City (B)
A deep dive into 2,000 years of history. Visit the Colosseum (exterior), the Arch of Constantine, Piazza Venezia, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain.
Day 14: Vatican City & St. Peter’s Basilica (B)
Visit the Vatican, the smallest state in the world. Explore St. Peter’s Basilica, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture featuring Michelangelo’s Pietà. Afternoon visit to Piazza della Repubblica followed by leisure time.
Day 15: Rome – Montreal/North America (B)
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
