Day 1: North America – São Paulo, Brazil
Depart from various North American cities for São Paulo, the economic heart of South America.
Day 2: Exploring São Paulo (L, D)
Arrive in São Paulo in the morning. Begin your exploration of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest metropolitan area. Visit the São Paulo Cathedral, Ibirapuera Park, and the vibrant Batman Alley. Check into the hotel after lunch; a Chinese-style dinner is served in the evening.
Day 3: São Paulo – Iguazu Falls (B, D)
Morning city tour of São Paulo followed by a flight to the world-renowned Iguazu Falls. Meet your guide upon arrival for dinner and transfer to the hotel.
Day 4: The Grand Iguazu Falls (B, L, D)
Spend the full day at the Iguazu Falls National Park. Located on the border of Brazil and Argentina, the system consists of 275 falls, featuring the awe-inspiring "Devil’s Throat" with a 90-meter drop. Walk along the scenic catwalks for a panoramic view of this UNESCO World Heritage site. In the afternoon, visit the Itaipu Dam, the world’s second-largest hydroelectric plant, and enjoy its surrounding ecological preserves via a dedicated tour bus.
Day 5: Iguazu Falls – Rio de Janeiro (B, D)
Enjoy the hotel’s leisure facilities in the morning before flying to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional Brazilian BBQ (Churrascaria) dinner before checking into the hotel.
Day 6: Icons of Rio (B, L)
Visit Corcovado Mountain to stand at the feet of Christ the Redeemer, one of the "New Seven Wonders of the World." In the afternoon, visit the Maracanã Stadium, Ipanema Beach, and pass through the Sambadrome. Conclude with a visit to Sugarloaf Mountain for a breathtaking sunset view of the city. Enjoy Rio’s vibrant nightlife at your leisure.
Day 7: Rio de Janeiro – Lima, Peru (L, D)
Take an early flight to Lima (Approx. 5.5 hours). After lunch and check-in, visit the Plaza de Armas, Santo Domingo Convent, Love Park, and the Inca Market.
Day 8: Lima – Cusco – Urubamba (B, L, D)
Morning tour of Lima’s historic center and the Huaca Pucllana ruins, an archaeological site dating back to 400 AD. Fly to Cusco in the afternoon and proceed to Urubamba (Sacred Valley) to adjust to the altitude.
Day 9: Machu Picchu: The Lost City (B-Box, L, D)
Travel by train (1.5 hours) to the legendary Incan citadel of Machu Picchu. Explore the residential, prison, and temple sectors of this mountain fortress. Discover the mysteries of the high priests and the Sun Temple in this UNESCO World Heritage site. Return to Cusco via train and motorcoach in the evening.
Day 10: Cusco – Lima (B, L, D)
Full tour of Cusco: visit the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), the Main Square, the Cathedral, and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. After dinner, fly back to Lima to connect with your international flight back to North America.
Day 11: Lima – North America
Connect to your international flight and arrive at your home city, concluding your South American adventure.
